• Rainy day ideas for toddlers that are cheap or free?

  My little guy is almost 14 months and starting to climb the walls when it rains like this. I tried taking him to an indoor play place last week but it was almost twenty dollars just for him plus another fee for me! Are there free or very low cost places in the area where he can just crawl around and burn off energy without me spending a fortune every time it drizzles? Where do you all go when the weather is miserable like today? Is the Barbara Bush library children area open all day for free play?

• How did you choose your pediatrician (and when did you know it was time to switch?)

  Hi everyone! We are over in Harmony and currently trying to navigate pediatrician options before baby comes in March. My OB gave me a list of clinics around 2920 and off I-45 near Memorial Hermann Spring/Woodlands area, but I am feeling so overwhelmed. How did you decide on your first clinic? Was it location, hospital affiliation, or word of mouth? And for those who ended up switching later, what was the sign that it was time to look elsewhere? Thank you so much in advance!
